Return Policy
Our aim at Food Storage Solutions is to delight customers with great service, prices, as well as fantastic product.
Please inspect the receipt of your order and any damage sustained during shipping, must be reported to us, in writing, within 3 business days. The damage should also be noted with the courier driver when signing off on the delivery. We will pay for the return of the goods, and upon confirmation by us that the damage was caused in transit, issue the customer with a product replacement or issue a credit note for the amount of the purchase. We require the return of the original packaging and entire contents (ie product as well as any accessories and manuals included).
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally given for a customer change of mind.
